SDX 3.2.2 and later versions provide a new Business Intelligence Tool, allowing you more access to information from your yard. Business Intelligence reports can be exported to other programs you use to manage your yard such as Excel and Quickbooks.
The screen above is the Main Business Intelligence Screen.
In the top right, you can search for a specific report you want to run. You can set a specific category as a criteria and view all reports that fit within that category. Simply click the tile and the Categories Drop Down Menu expands, as shown in the image below.
The categories provided are: All, which includes all succeeding categories; Cashier, Commodity, Customer, Inventory, Purchase, and Sales. Simply select the category you wish to see.
Select a report by clicking on the Report Tile. A black box with a check mark will appear around the report you have selected.
To run the report, double click the tile. You can also preview the report by clicking the button in the bottom right. You can export the data from the report by clicking the button in the bottom right.
